- to prevent water contamination, remove leaves below the water line,
- cut the stems at an angle of 45 °,
- place the stems in a clean vase with lukewarm water as soon as possible,
- do not place flowers in direct sunlight, avoid drafts and do not place near heaters,
- change the water regularly to keep the flowers healthy.
